Originally from Ontario, Canada, Candice built her reputation representing buyers and sellers throughout Northern Palm Beach County, including Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens.
Before co-founding Kirkland Realty, she was a top-producing Realtor with Sutter & Nugent Real Estate in Palm Beach Gardens. She is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to helping clients make informed decisions.
Andrew Boetsch, MBA

Originally from New York, Andrew brings a long career in software product management and technology, leading products and digital initiatives for large organizations with a focus on strategy, user experience, marketing, and positioning.

Rather than build a brokerage around recruiting large numbers of agents or maximizing transaction volume, we chose to build a smaller, independent firm focused on relationships, accountability, and thoughtful representation.
